2021 - First Communion

For those parents with children currently in Gr. 2 wishing to receive First Communion, we invite you to complete registration form and submit it to our office.

Please ensure to include a copy of your child's baptism certificate if they were baptized at a church other than St. Roch.

Completed forms can be emailed back to us or dropped off in our parish mailbox located outside our office door.

Deadline to submit: March 31st, 2021
