Formed Instructions

Our parish has subscribed to The Augustinian Institute’s FORMED program.

FORMED provides the very best Catholic content from more than 60 organizations to help parishes, families and individuals explore their faith anywhere. Supporting thousands of movies, children's programs, ebooks, audio, parish programs and studies direct to your browser, mobile or connected device.

To log on to the platform, follow these steps:

From a browser (preferably Chrome or Safari)

1. Go to https://formed.org/signup

2. Enter the parish postal code...(M9L 2T3) and click NEXT

3. Enter your name and email address

4. You are now logged in.

You may now view content from your computer or any device with a browser.

Want access on the go?

Download the FORMED app from your Android or Apple device. Log in to FORMED on the app with your email address. If instructed to do so, validate your login in your email on that same device. (Hint: Once you are in, don’t log out and you won’t need to re-validate).
