Parish Finance Committee

The Finance Committee at St. Roch’s Church provides financial oversight and guidance to ensure responsible stewardship of parish resources. Following the norms of the Archdiocese of Toronto, this committee works closely with the pastor to manage parish finances transparently and effectively.

Mission & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and monitoring the parish budget.
  • Review financial statements and ensure proper accounting practices.
  • Advise on major financial decisions, including capital projects and fundraising.
  • Promote financial transparency by providing periodic updates to the parish community.
  • Support initiatives that encourage good stewardship among parishioners.

The Finance Committee meets quarterly and as needed for special projects, always working in
accordance with Archdiocesan financial policies
