Parish Pastoral Council

The Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) at St. Roch’s Church is a consultative body that assists the pastor in fostering the mission of the parish. In accordance with the Archdiocese of Toronto’s guidelines, the council is composed of parishioners who reflect the diversity of the community and are committed to serving the needs of the faithful

Mission & Responsibilities:

  • Discern and respond to the spiritual and pastoral needs of the parish.
  • Promote collaboration among ministries and parish organizations.
  • Support the pastor in implementing pastoral initiatives aligned with the Archdiocesan vision.
  • Facilitate communication between the clergy and parishioners.
  • Organize and support evangelization and faith formation programs.

The Parish Pastoral Council meets every month to discuss and plan parish activities, ensuring that the Church remains a vibrant and welcoming community rooted in the Gospel.
